NKCPS Kindergarten Registration
NKCPS Kindergarten registration will be held on April 14, April 21, and April 28, 2023 by appointment. Parents/guardians should register at their zoned school by scanning the appropriate QR code on the flyer below or clicking one of the following:

Required Documentation:
- Certified birth certificate
- Deed, lease, or contract for a new home
- Two additional documents proving residency (valid driver's license with current address, car registration, utility bill or hook-up documentation, personal property tax bill, bank statement, payroll stubs, voter registration, car of homeowner's insurance policy/card)
Physicals & Immunizations
A comprehensive physical examination and immunication record for all students entering Kindergarten must be submitted prior to the first day of school.
Please be sure to schedule your appointment early to ensure this deadline is met.
Additional Documentation
- Custody documentation
- Individual Education Plan (IEP)
- 504 document
