At George W. Watkins Elementary School we strive to educate the whole child in a secure, nurturing atmosphere. Each child is provided with opportunities to achieve success. We strive to help children develop basic skills so that they will be successful in the future.
Each child needs a strong self-image to develop healthy attitudes toward others and the environment. The school provides an environment that serves as a catalyst for developing positive attitudes. Our school encourages and stimulates creativity and high academic achievement. To accomplish these goals, teachers, parents, students, and the community work together.
