Appeals

The decision of the placement committee may be appealed (within eight working days) by sending a written request to the Gifted Coordinator or the Director of Instruction. An Appeals Committee is scheduled within 10 working days of the request. The majority of the membership of the Appeals Committee will consist of individuals who were not members of the original Identification Committee.  Additional information can be found on page 15 of the Gifted Plan.
